Anti-drug coalitions are a collection of like-minded individuals from all walks of life uniting to fight substance abuse in their area. The best coalitions are racially, religiously and economically diverse. Representatives from local businesses, community organizations, schools, law enforcement, local government, emergency medical services and people who work in recovery services can all bring a unique perspective to the substance abuse problems faced by a community or region.
How can I do that?
Go to CADCA's website (http://www.cadca.org/webform/join-existing-coalition) and fill out their online form. A CADCA Membership representative will respond to your request within 48 hours by notifying you of a coalition of coalitions in your geographic area.
